Our service dept is broken down into three different teams:

  1. High Volume
  2. Color Laser
  3. Digital

High Volume technicians maintain the segment five and above machines. Color Laser technicians maintain the Color Laser Copiers.  The Digital technicians maintain all Black and White and color enabled equipment. 

Getting Started

Each technician is equipped with a laptop and Nextel. They assign themselves to their first call and arrive on location by 8:00 am. In some cases, the technician may need to come by the shop in the morning and replenish any required car stock.

Morning

Technicians evaluate their open call list and schedule their day accordingly.

Lunch

Eat lunch 12:00 to 1:00

Afternoon

Continue to run service calls and service our customers in a timely manner.

When the Day Ends

Technician may reschedule any required follow up calls or place any parts orders necessary for the following day.
