DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES
  • Proactively develops customers relationships by listening to, understanding & anticipating and providing document management solutions to customers
  • Responsible for evaluating business scenarios, determining how to best serve the needs of the customer, and enhance the bottom line.
  • Responsible for a mix of weekly sales calls and account development calls to develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Works closely with clients during implementation of new business, to ensure smooth ramp up of business.
  • Must have strong research skills
  • Delivers exceptional customer service to clients and potential clients
  • Coordinates all contacts and follow-up
  • Maintains a personal calendar and keep a calendar updated on daily basis
  • Maintains all files according to standards set by ImageNet Office Systems
COMPENSATION

s a solutions analyst you will do in depth analysis of a company’s paper work flow.  ImageNet Office Systems provides an in depth training program to certify you in becoming a Document Solutions Analyst.  Document the paper processes and analyze how software solutions from ImageNet can improve processing time and save the business money.  Design a new workflow utilizing state of the art software to combine manual processes into a total electronic solution.  Every business is now a potential customer for the software and hardware products offered by ImageNet Office Systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Imaging Device Technician

  • Manage to a goal for calls per day, utilization time while keeping parts cost to a minimum
  • Manage service calls in territory with use of a laptop

  • To assist the sales force in the achievement of Sales Plan of more complex and connected systems

  • Provide Pre-Sales support to the sales organization in pursuit of connected product sales

  • Assist Sales Managers in analyzing and determining prospect’s viability and potential for closing the more complex connected systems
  • Provide assistance with development of proposals and presentations for clients
  • Provide assistance in conducting Cost Analysis, Cost Justification, and Competitive Comparisons of systems
  • Identify potential problems and ensure quick resolution to provide the confidence for the sales force to recommend and sell higher level and more connected systems
  • Conduct in-house seminars, workshops and demonstrations of integrated /connected system and customized applications
  • Create and design systems to meet prospects/customers objections
  • Provide support during planning, designing, and installation of connected systems
  • Provide post sales support of the installation and training of customers
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Ability to transport or lift a machine up to 100 pounds and move as necessary for demonstration of equipments and training of personnel
  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and clasping of equipment required for its movement
  • Be able to walk, stand, and move in order to conduct sales calls and support Salespeople at company standard
  • Have a valid driver ’s license and reliable transportation
